Combining more than 25 years of experience as a partner-level management consultant and executive coach with her background as a quantitative researcher, Emily is a master at creating customized, high-touch, elegant solutions for the toughest organizational challenges.
Emily specializes in working with VP through C-level onboarding, primarily privately-held through Fortune 25 companies. She’s successfully coached executives across multiple industries, including Bio-tech, Pharma, CPG, Banking (all in Fortune 500 environments), as well as Venture Capital, Life-sciences, Healthcare, AI and Advanced Manufacturing.
Prior to her consulting work, Emily worked as a research scientist and brings a unique level of rigor, systems thinking, and data-informed expertise to her collaborations with EB+A clients.
